What data we collect

Regular browsing requires no personal data. We store only the data you submit yourself:

• Application form: institution name, contact person, email, phone, region and other application fields;
• Institution account: login email, username and institution profile data;
• Technical logs: sign-in date, IP address and device type (for security auditing).

Cookies

The site currently uses ONLY strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function and exempt from consent:

• Session cookie (next-auth) — keeps a signed-in user's session;
• NEXT_LOCALE — the selected interface language;
• Cookie-consent choice — your decision from the consent banner (localStorage).

Analytics (future)

Visitor analytics (Google Analytics / Yandex Metrica) will load only if you chose "Accept" in the consent banner. With "Necessary only", no analytics tracking is loaded.

Purposes of use

• Reviewing applications and contacting the institution;
• Providing secure access to the institution dashboard;
• Auditing the integrity of ranking data (who verified what and when);
• Protecting platform security.

Storage and protection

Data is stored on protected servers; institution contact details (tax ID, phone, email) are never exposed via the public API — only authorised staff and administrators can access them. The ranking publishes only open, institutional indicators.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of the data you submitted. Contact us at the address below.
